Bert & Fred are a dynamic duo from Belgium in the contemporary circus scene, renowned for their unique blend of humour, danger, and impeccable timing. Comprising Bert Loenders and Frederique Snoeks, they graduated from the Academy for Circus and Performance Art in Tilburg and have captivated audiences worldwide with performances that seamlessly intertwine comedy and thrilling stunts.
Their acts often feature daring elements such as knives, whips, and other perilous props, executed with such precision that even a subtle glance or movement can send the audience into fits of laughter.

8 Years, 5 months, 4 weeks, 2 days was our first full-length indoor circus theatre production.
He is Bert. She is Fred. Together they are Bert & Fred. Logical. Bert & Fred
live together, work together, play together. Preferably with freshly
sharpened kitchen knives, mousetraps and darts. It may not be safe but it is
certainly exciting! Bert & Fred push it to the limit – together, they create
spectacular, funny and dangerous circus.
It’s about love and friendship.
It’s about risks and blind trust.
It's about giving everything and not looking back.

A high-level street theatre performance!
Travel back to the early 1900s… a touch of nostalgia.
Sunday best attire in earthy brown tones.
An era of great inventions when aviation captured the imagination.
At a fascinating height,
Mechanics in full glory: gears, chains, propellers…
A flying cap and goggles.
Fully equipped to test their grand invention
with the help of the audience.
Hopeful for a successful flight,
but unprepared for possible setbacks,
this circus street theatre spectacle delivers hilariously funny and breathtaking moments!
